Concorde still make you dream.

It is by receiving this greeting card for the New Year from Joseph that we take the opportunity to share with you this meeting with these two passionate boys.

At the beginning of September we had a first visit from a small family who wanted to visit the Concorde, but having not booked and due to the protocol limiting access, they decided to postpone the visit to a later date.

In view of the great disappointment of the children, we promise them as a consolation that they will be able to benefit exceptionally from a tour of the cockpit.

Appointment is made for mid-September.

The big day we see Joseph and his friend Milo arrive, impatient, Concorde cap screwed on their heads and ready to take off. For us it must have been a standard visit, admittedly a little more interesting, but very quickly it turned into an exceptional visit.

The two boys quickly get into the cockpit; we are immediately surprised by their knowledge of the location and function of all the equipment.

After some instructions and explanations, they are ready to go for a long supersonic loop without leaving the ground.

Attentive and diligent, each gesture is commented, explained, repeated, to perfection and we are really won over by the two boys, we leave them in charge without worry.

For a good hour we attend to fascinating and passionate comments. It is obvious that the two friends have reviewed the subject well before coming to visit Sierra Alpha.

They had a little trouble leaving the post, but we see them leaving seemingly happy.

We would have liked to be in the car that brought them home to listen to the debriefing...

But this story does not end there, after this nice photo...

Many thanks to Joseph's mom for all the photos we didn't have time to take, too busy enjoying the presence of the two future engineers or supersonic pilots.

Finally on his greeting card Joseph reveals a secret and his blog which can be found on:

After that we sincerely hope that the two boys will turn their dream into reality and that they will actively participate in growing up in the "white arrow" project and that they will be actors of renewal and a new supersonic machine.

In any case Joseph and Milo you will always be welcome at the Delta Museum in your favorite Sierra Alpha plane which will always welcome you with pleasure.
