Best wishes for the year 2024.

Sending you our best wishes for the New Year, a little look back at 2023 which was very busy with events which we have already talked about in our previous articles, but due to lack of time we did not have the opportunity to talk about some of which here is a short summary.

Last visitors of the year :

The young kids of the Saint Exupéry recreational centre in Athis Mons send you their greetings here.

Visit of the Louis CARLESIMO association.

Like every year, our friend Honoré came accompanied by his little protégés from Guadeloupe, Guyana, Martinique, and Reunion.

In transit before visiting Santa Claus village and despite a long first stage in an Airbus 350 to reach Orly, our young visitors came to continue the virtual journey in the company of JP in the SA.

The visit to the cockpit was very much appreciated by our young people and when we compared the flight time Washington Orly 3 hours 33 minutes by the SA and the flight times of 9 to 10 hours from the Caribbean and 11 hours Reunion for reaching Orly by Air Caraibes Airbus A350, astonishment can be seen on their faces.

A few hours later they will leave in a Transavia Boeing 737 towards Santa Claus' village.

Visit of the Air Cadets.

We also had the great pleasure of welcoming on Tuesday October 31 the first visit of the Air Cadets at the initiative and organization of former Air France cadets and the Aeroclub de France.

The visit began with the presentation of the museum and a first exchange with the cadets who showed great interest from the start in our explanations and the presentation of the replica of the PA 100, the first delta wing aircraft built in 1935 by the founder of the museum, Nicolas Roland PAYEN.

Installed in the rear cabin, a presentation by JP of the life of the SA follows.

The visit continues in groups of two of their “future office”…

We appreciated their impeccable attire, their knowledge, and their radiant faces.
