A short Christmas storyWith Santa Claus Carlesimo.
Here is the presentation of the association by Santa Claus Carlesimo:
"Our goal is to respond to distress calls and get children out of the hospital to make them forget their suffering, provide them with moments of escape and dreams. We also take the opportunity to break down social barriers. Whether they come from affluent or disadvantaged backgrounds, children understand that they are equal in the face of disease.”
The choice was very difficult to present only a few photos of the report by Marie Laure Wetzler of the Louis Carlesimo Association.
Wonderful images, which we need right now, taken at the Delta Museum
Some explanations "How does it work" a plane ...
Jean Pierre tells the story of SA
Visit of the SA cockpit before the next flight to Lapland.
The guides also appreciated the visit to the flight deck.
After the visit of the SA, let’s return to the museum for a snack and a little relaxation in the company of friends of the Louis Carlesimo association.
An atmosphere highly appreciated by everyone
We also enjoyed a very pleasant afternoon
And now the rest of the program through photos
The next day baking class for children with the help of Carrefour - Athis Mons
The purpose of this day was to prepare and take to Santa Claus the result of their work.
To keep unforgettable moments for ever, and temporarily forgetting about illness and hospital stays, 42 children with serious illnesses arrived in France from Guyana, Guadeloupe and Martinique, thanks to the airline Air Caraïbes, they will leave for Lapland with Transavia with the good company of volunteers and Maëva Coucke (Miss France 2018).
On board the flight "France Soleil 1920" to Ivalo in Lapland, a first meeting with “Papa Noel” ...
First contacts with the snow ...
And wonderful smiles ...
It changes from the Carabinian beach sand … it's a bit colder but we like it ...
And a big thank you to this friendship chain set up by Honoré Carlesimo.
